Musical Flavours, an ensemble of Flute (Emma Goucher), Classical Guitar (Geoff Godfrey) and Bass Guitar (Andy Metcalf), has been established to provide appropriate and elegant instrumental background music for Weddings, Birthdays, Receptions etc.
The haunting and shimmering sound of the flute enriched by the classical guitar and supported by the deep and subtle resonance of the bass guitar provides a full and enriched ‘Musical Flavour’ to any event.
All ensemble members have varied and extensive musical involvements ranging from theatre orchestras, private teaching, dance band, guitar duo etc.
Performances are diverse, and can be tailored to the event – with pieces/ styles ranging from classical works through Latin American to modern ballads/ popular love songs.
